If you go back into the archives, they announced the transfers (JC and portal) as part of the late signing in February. There's a couple names on the transfers that I don't remember hearing during the season:

The transfers listed all played except Henry Fanua. O line was one of the deeper positions laat year.

I love the coaches very cryptic "welcome to shredville" posts recently on X

Transfer portal guys have been signing over the last week and once signed the university is allowed to publicize. They just decide to announce as a group at the Feb signing day.

This year the signing party is 2/4, Sudwurks at noon. They’re incorporating it with the monthly lunch with coach this year.

Kollock might be highest rated signing of all time. Cannot confirm this, though

Certainly going to be an entertaining QB battle. This thing won't be decided until Portland State week; I'd be shocked if there's a starter coming out of spring ball. When will the new guy arrive, summer?

Big TE is fun to watch, go check out his hudl. He is playing at a small level but is clearly the best guy on the field. He likes to mix it up

The Safety has a nice frame, looks like an Idaho transfer?

The RB Sylvester signed as well according to Aggie FB X account. From Weber

Ken O'Brien height at 6'4", 225#s, one of the highest-rated QBs in Minnesota's history.

Could he take winter quarter off and participate in the spring quarter and camp?

Some sources had McCallan Castles right around the same rating as Kollock. Regardless if he is THE highest rated player or not, this feels like a big pick up for Plough.

My quick review of this HS film seems to show:

    - he moves well around the pocket
    - may be our biggest QB ever at 230-235#s
    - he puts touch on the ball, can throw against his body, and on the move
    - can run off tackle for 10 - 20 yards, picking his spots, not afraid of contact
    - better runner than JM and HR
    - I didn't see a CP-like throw of a 40-yard dart into the back of the endzone, not saying he can't

His numbers dropped quite a bit his senior year. His father is a personal trainer, he played 3 sports and won the section title throwing the shot. Originally committed to UW before a coaching change. Solid pickup.

I watched his hudl tape and he has an arm. He definitely had some highlights of him pushing the ball down field 40+ yards in the air. He doesn't look as mobile as Pinnick, but with his significant size advantage compared Pinnick he could be tough to bring down on some runs. The most notable thing I saw was that his high school offensive line was not very good leading to him rolling out a lot, but he was slinging it on the run.

This years transfers are all underclassmen, quite a change from recent years. The two FCS transfers have significant playing experience, the FBS transfers are redshirt freshmen. The tight end from Cal was one of Davis’ offers in 2025.
Correction,: Hayden John is a senior. He never redshirted and played in five games one year.

I suspect some of that is due to the cost of a graduate transfer scholarship going up next season - basically the same as an out of state scholarship

It's happening. I'm loving what the coaching staff is doing. Excellent work. I've said for years, a ton of California kids want to stay in California, most didn't know Davis was even an option, but the more we are on tv, more winning, more exposure, and Davis can become a power.

Well done!!! Spring ball is going to be fantastic!

I'm looking forward to the QB competition. We're going 6'2"-6"4" and 215+ with the so-called top three contenders. None will move like Pinnick, but he moved a lot out of necessity (vision). These are pro style QBs. Make good decisions and be sure that every drive ends with a kick. Competition is healthy, may the best man win.

Pinnick's on-the-run 40-yard dime to the back corner of the end zone is one of the prettiest, most impressive throws that I have ever seen at any level of football.

There is no end to the signing of players from the Portal. The best guys are gone and signed by now, but that's not to say there aren't grad transfers and leftovers that might help. Personally, I like the recruiting philosophy of younger Portal guys and developing HS players. We'll know on the February signing day what Juco transfers will be added, maybe a few HS kids, but that will likely be the group we're riding with heading into spring ball.

DL size is always a premium. Elite teams have it and you need depth at each position to rotate the big cats through the game. Inside Linebacker seems to be a position where we must be looking Juco and a couple incoming HS signees from the early period. #15 is back, maybe (fingers crossed) Porter, and I think #44 played some this season and has another year. We'll see. Also interested in the kicking job, what's coming up and what are we looking for.

It also looks like Corey the Rocket Dog is going to hang on to her job for another season, I have seen any adoptions from the Pound.
