Odds show us as 6.5 point favorites with 77% chance of winning, and 48% chance of covering. As Toke said, hard to get a read on them with their array of opponents. Plus they’ve been traveling are awhile. These early season OOC games are always a mystery.

I meant southern Illinois who was #17 at the time. I think their OT loss to SDSU carried a lot of weight.

I think we should have been ahead of them before yesterday. We had two top 10 wins, and their best win was #14 (or so) Illinois St. After yesterday, they definitely move ahead.

Give the sac QB credit. He handled the pressure well, turning losses into big plays. Game plan was to get him to make mistakes, with a lot more pressure than normal…and he stood up. They have playmakers at WR - just surprised we couldn’t put him on the ground!
