Seems like we've got a recruiting pipeline going for high caliber TE's. He chose UC Davis over San Jose State, Cal Poly, New Mexico, Fresno State, Wyoming, Sac State, Eastern Washington, Army, and San Diego State. Great recruit for the Aggies!
I just saw an article in the Enterprise that says the Ags will be announcing their non-conference opponents soon and they will open with San Francisco in the Pavilion. Still, it's a bummer to lose 2 home conference games.
Indiana's 38-21 win over Michigan was the first time the Hoosiers beat the Wolverines in 33 years. As an Indiana native, I can tell you that it was a crying shame that a big crowd wasn't there to see that game. They would have stormed the field and then celebrated in the streets long after the game was over.
It looks like Jake Parsons is a very nice get for the Aggies. He had offers from San Jose State, Idaho State, Utah State, NAU, Cal Poly, Lake Erie College and Lehigh also.
I just saw this this morning also and, like you said, his athleticism is impressive. Sac has been mining the local area for recruits so it's nice to see us land some local talent too.
That's terrible news. Bob is right up there with Coach Socher in the group of Aggie coaching legends. He's a truly soft-spoken, kind and caring man who exemplifies Aggie Pride. My thoughts are with him and his family.
