The regular ESPN channels aren't available to YouTube TV subscribers like me because of the contract dispute they are in so I can't get ESPN2 to watch the game. However, I found that you can get a Sling TV One Day Orange Pass for $4.99 and it has ESPN2. So that' what I'm going to do on Saturday. The 24 hour pass starts as soon as you pay for it and it does not automatically renew so no need to deal with cancelling anything. Now I just need to get the beer and pizza! GO AGS!

That's a good point about the tight window for a successful pass on the backdoor cuts but there are also quite a few careless TO's being made that need to be reduced. Those kind of TO's can be the difference in close ball games.

    I really like the depth.Oldbanduhalum

And we're still missing Baker, Fitzgerald and Matthews.

Nya Epps used her energy to get the Ags going in the second half and the Aggies steadily pulled away for a 75-52 victory over the Wildcats. Epps led the Ags with 20 points, 5 assists 4 rebounds and 2 steals followed by Ryan Bennett with 16 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds and Avery Sussex with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Megan Norris just missed another double double with 9 points and 9 rebounds.

    The Ags hit 7 of 12 from 3 in the 3rd Q to take a 17 point lead into the 4th 59-42.

32-28 Ags at the half. Up by as many as 8 the Ags couldn't stretch the lead largely due to 11 TO's and shooting only 4-15 from 3.

Beautiful looking arena for sure! Ags finally woke up and got their defense going to take an 2 point lead at the end of the first Q 18-16.

Well the women look asleep at the wheel. Down 9-0 two minutes into the game. Poor shooting, 2 TO's and sluggish defense. Weber is 4-4.

Weber has a really nice looking arena at it is EMPTY. Honestly, there are whole section with 1 or 2 people in them.

The Carmichael Dave Show weekly interviews with Plough are pure gems. They bring me a smile and a chuckle every week win or lose and you definitely can tell that they have a lot of love and respect him. Their interviews with him showcase why he's one of the best college football coaches at any level in the game today.

A drone show is very cool! Welcome to AST also, 5971 Bobcat.

The 49ers have been beset with numerous, serious injuries this season as well. They have a huge investment in the very best training and care for their athletes but they still have been decimated by injuries. I'm all for looking at the things you have mentioned but I tend to believe that it's just been a terribly unfortunate year.

I do wonder, that considering how much bigger, stronger and faster players are nowadays, that we may have reached a "breaking point" where the human body just can't sustain the violent levels of contact on a consistent basis regardless of top notch training and equipment and, hence, more and more injuries.

I watched the UCSB @ Sac game and the Hornets are going to be tough opponent for us. Mikey Williams dropped 30 on the Gauchos and Jeremiah Cherry is a beast in the post. I'm hoping that our defense is better than the Gauchos so we can slow the Hornets down a bit and make it more difficult to for them to score. We were only 7 of 33 from outside the arc in our loss at Portland and, with the size and physicality of the Hornets' interior, we'll have to shoot a whole lot better than that from 3 because it's going to be tough going in the paint.
  • Preview match tonight
    Gauchos wind 92-85.

The Hornets are going to be a tough game for the Aggies. Mikey Williams lived up to his billing with 30 points and Jeremiah Cherry, their 6'11 250 lb center, had 20 points and he's a load in the paint. Sac shot 53% overall including 48% from 3.
  • Preview match tonight
    45-43 Gauchos at the half.

When it rains, it pours...honestly, this team seems snake bit when it comes to season ending injuries...

In the Montana State presser, Plough said that Fisher may need to run 20-25 times so that makes me think Vargas is still out.

I was there when he did that! He also used to stomp his feet so hard that I was sure he was going to break a bone.

I always felt that Ham was just venting his frustrations and anxiety but he didn't seem to personally directed at individual players.
