Absolutely. It's a real shame that Josh decided to walk. He could have been a star at the FCS level and it's yet to be determined if he will see the field in the FBS. The guys have to do what they think is best for themselves though.

Some halftime thoughts:

- Maier got some jitters out there. 1st pick was off of the tip drill, I don't blame him a lot for that. The 2nd pick was just an awful throw.
- Keelan Doss is still a stud.
- Defense has had some nice stops, but Penny is a beast especially behind an offensive line that is that huge.
- Our run game hasn't looked great.
- Going for it on 4th and 13 seemed like an odd choice. Take the points when you can get em. That being said, I like that Hawk is willing to take risks. We went for it on a couple of 4th downs in the 1st half.
- SDSU is a just a bigger, faster, better team. I'm going to put more stock into how we do next week against USD.

CP isn't doing to well against SJSU, SUU is getting blown out by Oregon, EWU got destroyed by Texas Tech. SDSU is a good team, this was bound to happen. I don't think these FBS vs FCS games are great indicators of how these teams match up on even terms.

Edit: CP is putting together a nice drive right now though.
