I adamantly believe that the SAT is an outlier. I has to take it at 7am on a Saturday at a school that wasn't mine, that I had never been to in my life. Having taken the SAT as well as the PSAT, I think high school courses tell a better story than one test day. Some people don't do random tests well. I could not pass the UWP exam both times but the course itself I learned a lot and I think I got an A or B.

I transferred to Davis and I personally think lower division college courses, even at a CCC, are a much better indicator of success.

Cal Poly and Sac aren't true rivals. They played the last 15 years or so because the BSC allows for two set rivals and it made too much sense to not have the three teams play every year.

They have talked about a baseball stadium to be built there and I don't see it. Baseball needs density. If Sacramento ever got an NFL team, sure I could see it working due to having most games on Sundays and tailgating but for college sports and most others, it would be a bad fit.

I am not siding with TT. The football program represents the university. Lets face it, if we did that same thing at our jobs, we'd be fired. They gave him several chances, a written warning and another investigation later. While the coach doesn't have to be the nicest guy on campus, no should he be, this is not okay. It makes Sac look worse in that regard since they are a public school and have to adhere to many more California state laws.

The Stanford game, Hail Bakari, Causeway 2010 with a Thunderstorm comeback, the UNI and Illinois State playoff games, and probably the Montana or PSU games this year but it could be recency bias.

It's been a month from now for the last 5 months or so.

As an alum who lives out-of-state, it is far easier to follow football. It is only played once a week, and FCS games are almost always on Saturdays. I really love baseball and football but basketball is just very casual to me. It's not something I follow that closely.

Wow, I never thought about it in that manner. Could it be that they think their program will not survive if left in FCS so they are trying to get supporters to fund this since otherwise they'd have no shot?
