Out of curiosity I checked others who left last year.

Caleb Fuller (grad transfer) is playing about 21 minutes per game at Montana State primarily off the bench. Averaging about 6 points and 4 rebounds. Glad he found a spot for his bonus year.

Aaron Murphy is playing with his brother at northwest nazerene, playing about 16 minutes a game. I thought he’d help us this year with his physical play down low.

No sign of Caleb McGill. Same with graduates Brian Shaw and Cameron Ba.

that echoes what I was telling AgAlum yesterday. At this early stage, UCI and USCB seem more complete than us but I think we can get Hawaii here. Fullerton seems down a notch from past years (they play us tough), and hard to get a read on the Beach.

Good to see Milling come alive; we really need his bench points. Hopefully Borba can rrgsin Sind confidence- tough coming back after missing 1/2 the season. Good win. Entering a stretch of 5 games we can win - nice to get in a roll and get in the top half of the standings

he’s played 4 seasons, one is ‘free’ due to COVID. He was an academic all Big Sky so wouldn’t be surprised if he graduated and decided to move on.

I’m glad the comment about our scorers not passing was deleted - that isn’t the most constructive criticism. Especially when Pepper had 7 assists ( and 5 rebounds).

They must have gotten Adebayo confused with someone else (Beasley?). Ade is currently 0-0 from beyond the arc

losing Speckman might hurt with our Sac and Central Valley recruiting. That was his area.

Our bench scoring has been an issue also.

Feels like a 9-3 preseason was well within reach. Both UOP and EWU were teams I thought we could/should beat, but we didn’t play a solid 40 minutes. Oh well, on to conference

ucla is too big and too athletic and too deep. This is a really good team. They have completely disrupted our offense in the second half

marsh and Williams were talking about how the players could transfer after the season , but I missed the reason.

I missed the first ten minutes of the second half; last 10 minutes we looked lost on both ends

EWU is 4-7 with a win over hapless Cal; not sure they have a good win. They’ve played a challenging schedule. That’s a tough trip. Hopefully FT shooting continues to be good since we get to the line ALOT.

refs were from the Patriot league where games are played in front of dozens of people; Fargodome might have been a bit of an intimidating step up. Of course, that would be a tough crowd for any crew
