My question at the Alumni Zoom : so, coach, you just took at 36-27 lead in the fourth quarter and have momentum, what's the thought process of kicking a pooch kick (after kicking them deep successfully after the first kickoff)? that could have been a huge swing had they not stalled (fumbled) deep in our zone. That, and the delay of game at our 10 or so with 3rd and 2 were potential big swings (the delay led to a touchdown......i just cant figure how we get a delay at that point with all timeouts).

I agee. I can't think of an Aggie game that had more explosive plays on offensive and special team (and expletive on that damned pouch kick!). this team has weapons all around. I fear we lost Williams but Dixon and Simpson are more than enough.

From what was said at our ZOOM, there will be somewhere around 9000 fish in attendance as part of orientation. Crowd in the 15-17k range. Fire Marshall be damned!

I was in one of the suites at Montana last year and it was nothing special. Nice seats, fridge and bar counter. It was a bit small - very like the 6 or 8 of us standing in their pregame were a bit on top of each other. But. It was 30 degrees warmer in their compared to outside!

It seems like Central Campus has this idea that football fans are too rowdy and that they must be monitored at all times. Look how long it took for beer to be served in the stadium - and there hasn't seemed to be any mass riots since then! I'm curious what Brew Fest will look like. I heard something about limitations on the number of drinks per hour - not a bad idea......as long number isn't something ridiculous like 2 sips/hour. It feels like Mrak Hall talks a good game about wanting high-level teams, but constrains the athletic department from taking steps necessary to do it.

I suspect all the seat fees (football and basketball) will go to a general fund that the department will use for revenue sharing. Just a guess but there had to be a reason to make seat fees more significant.
