Awesome schedule pickup. One quirk of the FCS is that we don't get many opportunities to have road trips to major cities. Boston/Cambridge could be a great experience for the team in addition to the east coast recruiting potential

I think we have to thank Rocko for this due to his east coast experience at UMass. In addition to his overall success at UC Davis.

This is an intriguing matchup if it happens. Probably looking at a touchdown or less of separation on the scoreboard. High quality, FCS playoff-caliber opponent. A chance to play at the venerable old Harvard Stadium - priceless. Academic opportunities with the trip to Boston - take a couple extra days. This is a nice little opportunity in my opinion.

Good point, but I don't see any future schedules on a quick glance at the NDSU football site. They do have several trips to CA on the '26 schedule (Sac & SJSU).

Hopefully Davis is smart enough to play only one FBS game, as long as they are FCS. More hurts playoff chances. They could play two if the games were both against lesser FBS programs. I'd rather they play NDSU than SMU, but they play the FBS game for cash, and NDSU isn't going to be a big check.
