Great seeing you today, Finn. I'm sick, the wife is sick, but we made it through the first half with three kids. Just got home and saw us up 37-7. Wow!
Although this one doesn't count towards Big Sky championship, I bet it got the attention of the rest of the conference. In reality one of Portland's TDs should have been called back on a penalty and the other was against our second string. This reminds me of what watching Aggie football was like in the D-2 glory days. I hope it sticks all season!
In addition to a great coaching staff, another thing these boys finally have again is belief. That's the cornerstone of Aggie pride. Very excited for the rest of the season and the future!
Yes, you could see the energy and enthusiasm on the sideline during the USD Game. Players turned to the fans and were waving their arms and towels in an effort to get the crowd into it on the critical plays. It's still early but we look like a dangerous team in the Big Sky at this point/
Long time since we thoroughly out coached a good team. And the kids played very well. Very few mistakes, a ton of big plays by many different guys. That was big. Reminds me of that 44-0 beating at Montana state about 10 years ago. Even a TD pass to a fullback on a play out of the Sochor playbook. Build on this one
