We're up 22-0 but I don't think we have been very sharp overall so far. Not being able to run the ball against Tulsa was not a surprise. Not being able to run today is a surprise.
I agree with this sentiment. Being up 22-0 is fantastic, but there has been some sloppiness on both sides of the ball. On defense we had a couple of blown coverages and lucked out that their QB has overthrown some big plays.
I figure it creates a lot of mismatches. The offensive line with 1 receiver to the left hand side for a screen, a sweeping RB to the right hand side with a WR block, option to throw to one of the right hand side WRs, or Tompkins runs it in himself. Tons of options and tough to cover them all
