I plan on checking out Eastern Washington vs Jacksonville State. Eastern not as intimidating when not on their awful red turf and Jacksonville a playoff team the past couple years
Jacksonville state picks Barrier to seal win. A very very disheartening loss for EWU after getting out to a big lead and leading all game till last minute. Barrier and EWU were unstoppable on first half and very mortal in second half. JSU was able to get some pressure on him.
Here are the rankings of all Division I teams on our schedule after 3 Games:
Ranking - School - (Previous Week)
30 California (32)
35 North Dakota State (31)
112 UC Davis (106)
117 Weber State (112)
119 Montana State (123)
124 Montana (118)
130 North Dakota (130)
163 Cal Poly (147)
164 Portland State (161)
166 Sacramento State (178)
195 Southern Utah (198)
197 San Diego (193)
236 Lehigh (236)
Sacramento State has moved up double digits again after a 50-0 win against Northern Colorado.
The biggest rank drop is Cal Poly after losing against Oregon State 45-7.
Cal Poly’s offense is good this year. Our efense is terrible. Before the spelling police chime in I left the D out of defense because Cal Poly has no D. We will have to score on almost every possession if we want to win this year. Disappointing.
I was checking stats off and in, and was surprised to see Poly with something like 6 pass attempts late in the 3rd down something like 35-7. Seemed like you were taking more shots the two weeks. What happened?
Different competition. We beat them deep on the first drive and they adjusted. They also collapsed the pocket and did not allow us the time for deep throws.
