I wouldn't necessarily put NDSU in the final automatically. JMU has been damn scary this season.

The score might not indicate it, but JMU is carving NDSU up in this 1st half. NDSU defense largely looks lost out there against a prolific offense.

What kind of O are they running?

JMU is running your pretty standard west coast offense with play actions but with a crazy high efficiency. Their QB is mobile but its their RB who is straight murdering the NDSU defense.

NDSU is running a power run game, with some wheel plays out of the backfield.

Power running, or speed?

I thought the west coast offense was dead?

Power running, for a majority of the first half they were trying go the A and B gap, but they started to open up their play calling with more passing towards the end of the 2nd quarter which is when they scored.

No west coast offense is your Bill Walsh offense. Stretch the defense and go downfield or draw plays, ect.

C'mon Dukes got to respond on this next drive, NDSU is starting to pick up steam.

Roles have completely reversed 2nd half. NDSU runs in another TD and the JMU defense has looked pretty confused. Now tied at 17.

But in all seriousness, I don't know if we will ever see a program as dominant as NDSU again at this level. 5 straight championship wins is insane. They will still be a good program though, I'm just glad that somebody else will get named champs this year.
