When the D is nonexistent they have no chance. Just don't have the horses on the other side of the floor, and missing easy layups just can't happen down double digits.
And defense is the heart of this team..when we struggle on D we're in trouble because we just don't have the offensive weapons to be able to rely on the offense when the D struggles. For all the emphasis that Les puts on guard play we are not a team with much of a 3 point threat.
Ball goes up and one blue jersey is near the rim, everyone else has started running to the other end of the floor. If we aren't great shooters we have to try and create more chances.
I am surprised that we haven't pressed that much. We have to gamble and try to force turnovers. We're waiting for Weber to bring it to us and are paying the price.
