Sac State baseball lost their second game(1st loss) of the WAC tournament today 9-1 to Utah valley. To add insult to inury, they were on the wrong end of a NO-HITTER. It could've been worse-that could have been an elimination game.

For as weak as the Aggies' hitting was this year they were never no-hit and they had 42 hits in their series (4 games)with the Wolverines and 32 (3 games) against the Hornets. Did UCD hit less than .200 in the other 50 games they played ? No, but it sure seemed like it.

Also, Grand Canyon, the only AZ team in the tournament (held in Mesa) was eliminated. Ouch ! I guess all their money wasn't enough to buy a few calls against Texas-Arlington.. I just hope there's no University of Texas campus in Irving.
