Yes, according to verbalcommits.com . I thought he was out of eligibility. The portal closes today also. Not sure if the following applies to Borra:

I thought Tamba was out also, but maybe his JC year now doesn’t count? I would imagine Borra has a year left since he never stepped on the floor this year.

The roster is looking pretty thin right now. It will be interesting to see how things develop going forward.

I didn't realize TY had any eligibility left. NIL for basketball has gone crazy during this portal opening, apparently 3-5x what guys were getting paid before. Everyone is emptying out their NIL funds in anticipation of the upcoming house settlement. TY probably figures he can make more playing for a P4 college program than he would make overseas. Good luck to him.

I don't get it either.

I believe there are lawsuits against the NCAA trying to toss the limits on the number of years of eligibility an athlete has as well as a lawsuit trying to repeal the NCAA rule that does not permit an athlete to play at more than one school during the same season. Big money, greed, lawyers and agents is the new normal in college athletics...

I just noticed that verbalcommits.com is showing that Leo DeBruhl has entered the portal as well.
