  • MBB: Sac State (3-1) at UC Davis (3-1) Tues. Nov. 22, 7:30 PM
Wow, exciting second half. We did much better defending their big guy #25 in the post during the second half. Those crazy officials were seeing things that nobody else saw, but the Ags come home with a much needed and desired win.

Seems like we’re always the visitors at Golden One. Are we ever the home team?

Well, then there will be at least 3 couples going, wink.

Anybody know how Castles is? He took a big hit and never returned. Hopefully he is ok.

It all sounds very typical for a game over there. We ate at JJ’s and had no desire to get anywhere near the food truck area or their tailgate area. Parking was a total nightmare. We left 75 minutes before game time from JJ’s, 4 miles away, and missed half of the first quarter. They needed traffic cops at the intersections keeping the flow going. It’ll be 2 years before we have to deal with that again.

I spent several years on the board of a large non-profit. When the board had some big votes coming up, the real work got done in the lounge the night before. The board meeting was more of a formality on some of the issues. I wonder if the playoff selection committee does it all remote or are they in one location for the picks?

“ How to get in playoffs? 1) don't have a brutal schedule 2) win close games. It looks they've taken of No. 1 with the Southern Utah and TX Commerce games.”
Wait, what happened to all the positive stats you quoted? It boils down to the W-L stat. Nothing else matters at the end of the day, or shall i say season.

After the slac beat down in Reno, their fans were bailing ship left and right. The next year they were making a national statement. Our progress has been slower. I wonder how much of this is related to the challenge of recruiting good athletes who can pass biochemistry at UCD?

No expert here, but Aggie Finn might have a thought on this. And it was cool spending the day with an old friend. He rode the train from the bay area and i picked him up in Davis.

Aggie Finn was calling fake from the stands.
  • Are the 6-5 2022 Aggies good enough for a playoff spot?
    ↪DavisAggie

Matter of opinion. We’ll see tomorrow.
  • Are the 6-5 2022 Aggies good enough for a playoff spot?
    N. Iowa got in at 6-5 one year. But i just don’t think we’re a playoff team in the field of teams out there nationally.

Jj Pfisters, an Aggie alumni, at 11 am. He’s even offering a shuttle to and from the game for those interested. He’s having a party post game as well.
I was there last Saturday for my grandsons youth allstar game. They actually have some really good roach coaches there. No regular concessions, just food trucks.
I’m picking up AggieFin in Davis and we’ll be headed to JJ’s.
Yes, east side. I’ve found it best to park across the street south of the stadium and bypass the drunken idiots.

Seems like DeBruhl was all about defense his freshman year. This year his offense is looking good.
