“ campus update: the tvs in the memorial union and silo are all playing ads saying go to the game”
That’s awesome. Back in the day, they would have pep rally's on Fridays on the quad. Sochor would come out, the band would play, and the cheerleaders would lead a cheer. Do they ever do that anymore?

According to Plough, Harper suffered with severe lower body leg cramps in the second half that prevented him from being mobile and planting his feet for passes.
I watched him during the QB competition. He is a very accurate passer when healthy. During spring ball, i thought his deep ball was better than Cadens. I think as long as our QB is healthy, we can take ISU with either one.

On paper this should be one of our easier games, especially at home and with Caden back. A “non cramping” Harper should be able to easily handle them as well. I’m assuming Hawk will be there with his son. It will be strange seeing him on the east side wearing something other than blue and gold.
    Go Ags!

So how do you think the raankings will after the brawl? If the Griz lose, do they drop below us?

I was driving back from a hunting trip in N. Montana and caught most of the game on the radio. I was so happy for Harper in the first half but the second half was really painful to listen to. It started reminding me of that close game in Portland. Will be back for Idaho State. Go Ags!
  • WEEK 9 BIG SKY GAMES
Yeah, slak has a lot of team speed.
  • WEEK 9 BIG SKY GAMES
J street has some play makers. 7-0 slak
  • WEEK 9 BIG SKY GAMES
The Griz will be looking to make a statement tonight. If we can keep winning, the Montana brawl game should help settle the top 5 so I’ve got to root for Montana tonight.

Regarding the weekly press conference, no trash talking from Plough. I wonder if Wood’s mouth is going to run wild on the week before the causeway.

“ Thought that MSU was the science and ag school. Why is that?”
I really don’t know. My friends that I’m staying with are the ones who said the Griz rule here in a very rural farming area.
  • Big Sky Games: 2025 WEEK 8
Go Griz! I’m currently about 150 miles north east of Bozeman. All these farmers are Griz fans. Its closer to MSU so i was expecting a lot of cat fans.
  • Big Sky Games: 2025 WEEK 8
UNC is going to be tough at home. They have a lot of play makers and a tall receiver with good hands.
  • Big Sky Games: 2025 WEEK 8

The “playing a fbs schedule” flew right by me. Total used car salesman.
  • Big Sky Games: 2025 WEEK 8
Woods half time interview is giving the Griz plenty of locker room quotes to fire them up.
  • Big Sky Games: 2025 WEEK 8
Actually looks like they have a decent crowd on J street.

Good discussion on Montana vs MSU. I told my wife yesterday i wish we were playing Montana this year instead of MSU. I would give the Ags a decent chance against MSU if we had all our role players healthy. At this point its going to be a big challenge.
BTW, I’m driving through Bozeman on Friday with my Davis alumni license plate holder. Last time i was there, i got some comments as i was filling up at the Bozeman Costco. I just might wear some Aggie swag, lol.
  • Plough's name coming up as a possibility for Oregon State
The monkey wrench in all of our speculation is the promise that Plough made to Sochor. I would be really surprised if he moved on, say in less than 5 years. Sochor was offered several high profile jobs, such as the Stanford job. He was content to remain in Davis, raise his kids locally, and still create a legacy. I see Tim following that lead.
  • Plough's name coming up as a possibility for Oregon State
While I’ll stick with my previous statement that Plough isn’t going anywhere, i do know that program support, or lack of, is very bothersome to him. He has repeatedly said that if he has a level playing field he would win a national title. He quotes figures from Montana, 500 donors donating $1,000 each. If program support from alumni and fans doesn’t continue to increase, that could be a nail in the coffin.
With that said, he was touched by the big group we had at lunch last week. It had to be a record, lots of new folks I’ve never seen before. Excitement seems to be brewing.
  • Plough's name coming up as a possibility for Oregon State
At last weeks lunch Coach made a comment that he turned down big NFL money to coach at Davis. He’s not going anywhere.
