I wouldn't hold your breath on it changing any time this season. Hastings just not appear to be the same guy that he was last season. A lot of bad reads, total lack of mobility, and has trouble getting the ball deep down field. That's a perfect storm for turnovers.

The defense has to be losing their minds. They've given up 1 big pass on a drive that ended in a FG, but the offense is handing NAU this game on a silver platter.

I would guess it's what you said earlier and that Hawkins is limiting his snaps. While he's running well, he still has a brace on so that knee is probably not 100%.

Agreed, NAU is no pushover despite their current record. Not to mention this is homecoming for them I believe so they should have at least a decent crowd backing them.
