Coaches are tweeting that we already landed a commit for this weekends visits
  • 2026 Football Recruiting
I was able to find that 3 of our offers are on official visits this weekend in Davis. All 3 have multiple FBS offers. Don't let them leave the building without committing! GO AGS!

    ATH Tainoa Lave
    ATH Marcus Mcgeilberry
    DL Ta'a Malu
  • New Uniforms
I don't dislike it... It's fine, but I will always be partial to the blue tops and gold pants, but I'm fine with an alternate uniform as long as we don't go the Oregon route and have a different uniform for every single game. Not my cup of tea.
  • New Uniforms
Without any gold though. Gives me University of San Diego vibes to be honest.

Small and fast seems to be the route we're going with WR under Plough. While I think it works to a certain extent against general FCS opponents, I think it's good to have some body type diversity as well. I think you benefit from have a couple of guys who are 6'2 to go with your sub 5'10 guys.
  • 2026 Football Recruiting
SPEEDY WR Nikolas Blocker has committed to the Ags!
  • 2026 Football Recruiting
Well I answered my own question. Sam Haener follows in Jack Brant's lead and commits to the Ags!
  • 2026 Football Recruiting
I'm not sure about that, but he is teammates with QB commit Jack Brant. Might be an influence to get him committed as well.
  • 2026 Football Recruiting
I've been in the process of moving so here's a big offer dump! GO AGS!

    LB Zachary Kleppin

    ATH Marcus Mcgeilberry

    DL Mikhal Johnson

    DB Cole Ibriani

    DL Sam Haener

    LB Donnie Vercher III

    ATH Chaz Gilbreath
  • Looking forward to 2025
There was a player listed on the 2025 roster who is now committed elsewhere although it is not Hasson. It was a long snapper, Jacob Poff, who is now committed to to App State.
  • Looking forward to 2025
Some very interesting additions. Notably it looks like we snagged a Davis native in AJ Hasson. He started off at Washington State and hit the transfer portal, but last I saw he had committed to Wake Forest. Big time add for the OL.

3 new offers that I was able to find! GO AGS!

    TE Evan Pyron

    DL Auma Jennings

    OL Anthony Rodriguez

I guess it goes both ways. Herman commits to the Aggies and Marion over at Sac immediately sends him an offer.
  • 2026 Football Recruiting
RB Coby Herman has committed to the Aggies! 1700+ all-purpose yards (800+ rushing, 600+ receiving) and 21 TDs last season helping La Costa Canyon to a 10-1 record. Herman picked the Aggies over an offer from NAU. GO AGS!

    2 WR offers

Koen Parnell - double digit offers

Maxwell Young - Sac State commit (that's now the 3rd player that we've offered AFTER they already committed to the Hornets. Plough must believe that with the number of players they have coming in they can pry some of these commits away)
  • 2025 MBB Recruiting and Transfers
He does seem quick, but I worry about durability if he doesn't put on some muscle. His legs look like twigs. It will be nice to have a big on the roster though.
  • 2025 MBB Recruiting and Transfers
Nice! Hopefully he can put on some muscle between now and next season. He's listed as weighing only 215 which is pretty dang slender for someone who is 6'11.
  • Aggie Pride: A UC Davis Football Podcast
Two 1k receivers certainly is a bold prediction considering we haven't had one since Keelan Doss. I think we could see one 1k receiver though with limited WR depth and the loss of our bell cow in Larison.

I hope that we start trying to target some legit big bodied WRs though if we do plan to make the move to the MW in the next handful of seasons. I'm not saying that every receiver has to be 6'4, but I still do think that there is something to having a guy that can create those size mismatches... especially if it opens up a speed demon to go uncovered deep.
  • Aggie Pride: A UC Davis Football Podcast
It is a very speedy group, but another factor in listing those 3 guys specifically is that largest of them is Gbatu at 5'10 175. It is a TINY group, which isn't the be all and end all when it comes to receiving, but none of them will be huge physical mismatches for the defense like the Keelan Doss' of the football world.
