If anything I think that this is a positive sign that Pinnick is sticking around for at least awhile longer. If it was looking like it was open competition again this next season he'd probably be sticking around.

But if there's one thing we do know it's that Dr Wood LOVES sensationalism so trying to bring in a football household name like Jackson is right up his alley.

There's a rumor Sac State is interested in Jackson, not that he has been hired. I have to think that would be a weird move for Jackson. He had a very successful first year at Delaware State. I think it would make more sense for him to build another year there and if successful there's probably some bigger name programs that come knocking. Going into the situation at Sac right now could be career suicide.
