i have no reason to excuse our low rating on punting. i wish i could put it on directional punting within the 20 yard line, but i don't think that explains it. we've had way too many short punts (i think we had a 5 yarder vs. ISU?) that originated from our side of the field. its a concern. unless the offense is going crazy and we don't have to punt!

i think the Passing yards are skewed by the Idaho and UNC 4th quarters.

I believe the team stays in Spokane, from what i heard. My Dollar General poncho is a spiffy near-Aggie Blue, so i'm good to go there. MIght just wear old jeans and use Scotch Guard.

Very impressive win. Kids are unflappable like Dan said. 3 3 and outs, than 5 scoring drives. Defense was awesome. After that first drive where they got a couple long runs, we forced them to grind out drives. Never got hurt on the pass, and that’s a sign of discipline. Quite a difference from last year when we were prematurely dancing on the sidelines.

6-1? Didn’t see that coming. I thought best case we COULD be 5-2 if we could best SJSU. I was hoping 3-1 in Sep, 2-1 in the next three (I upgraded that to 3-0 after September). Now it’s the real grind. Montana up there. Will NAU have Cookus? EWU up there in November. Sac looks like a lock BUT....
