  • Lan Larison named Big Sky offensive player of the year

Keep in mind, 40 times will likely be slower at the combine compared with unofficial #s from UCD. The measurement tech is just way more precise in a combine setting and that usually means slower times.

  • 2021 Roster posted

A few others missing from the current roster. Early graduation possible for some. We wish them all well.

RB Niko Harris, converted QB, overcame injury
    DB Amir Knox
    DL Will George
    OL Ari Sallus
WR Theo Goodwin, now excelling in track

OL Albrecht has also climbed to 326 #s (up 16).

    [Edited for accuracy.]

  • 2021 Spring Playoffs

Good point. I'm referring to passing yards per game, off 26% or 38% (withdraw SLO blowout #s). No Montanas next fall, but still a tough league.
  • Week 4: Idaho state at UC Davis

Blowout over Cal Poly affecting many of those #s. But yes, everything pointed in the right direction.
  • Week 2: #23 UC Davis @ #2 Weber State

5'9", 195 #s. Doesn't seem to have blazing speed. Smart, tough, Gould's 'speed through the hole' ability.

I believe we only faced him once - Coach Tucker's effort limited him to about 75 yards in 2019, but the whole backfield ran for over 200.
  • Aggies have a new Defensive Coordinator???

Aren't you forgetting Suani (329 #s)? Peacock (redshirted) and Morgan solid newcomers. We had a veteran line, so this next year it will be interesting how Nixon, George, Hunkin & Siembieda pan out. It would be nice to add size or speed from the outside from the JC.
  • 2020 Recruiting List

Fresno Freshman QB Blaze McKibbin*** in the transfer portal. 6'5" and 210 #s.

    WR - Theo Goodwin, 6'1", 180, Nevada
DL - Doug Drakeley - 6'4", 275; he was an offensive lineman for us in 2010?

    New additions (10)

    RB - Jeremiah Chukwudobe
    RB - Daniel McFadden
WR - Scott Henrichs, 6'2", ARC
    ATH - Algery McGuire

    K/P - Ryan Whalley
    K/P - Henry Reich

    LB - James Scharteg, 6'0", 215, CCSF
LB - Joe Kurung, 6'1", 208, Butte College
LB - Cole Hansen, 6'1", 225, Fullerton College
    LB/ RB - Earl English - 6'0", 215, College of the Canyons
  • UCD win 3- 2 !

Inflated #s seems to be common practice among PAC-12 programs. Stanford vs UCD football game earlier this year was extremely inaccurate as well. I wonder if they get any sort of kickback from the NCAA for those numbers? Or if it helps for hosting events...etc
  • Week 12: CAUSEWAY

There's interesting detailed air quality data for Davis over here:

    http://aqicn.org/city/california/yolo/davis-ucd-campus/#s:308

Apparently the range for the past 48 hours is anywhere from 25 to 236. As of this typing, it's at 200.
If I'm reading this correctly, then the forecast is that it will get progressively worse up to Thursday. It doesn't seem to predict more than 2.5 days ahead.
  • 2018 Recruiting List

We have an offer out to Oxnard RB Danny Smith, 6'0", 210 #s, physical. He has offers from Boise State, San Diego State, Wyoming, Hawaii and UCD. Via Scout. Power back.

"Through eight games this year, Smith has rushed for 1,389 yards (8.9 ave.) and 18 touchdowns to go with nine catches for 180 yards and another score. "
  • NLI Signing Day 2017

Looks like we may have a new commit for this year. DE / T Colton Lamson of Sac City, where he maybe played only one year. From Union Mine HS in Folsom. He has filled out and is now supposedly 6'5", 255 #s.

Info derived from CJ Spencers twitter.
  • 2017 Recruiting

Those numbers, and he missed 2 games. This was his first year as a starter, transferred schools. Crafty straight ahead runner. 5'9", 190 #s.
  • 2017 Recruiting

High hurdles stud who reports say he signed a Track LOI with Iowa? 6'2", 170 #s. FYI.
