Hmmm...you may be right. I just tried to vote again and the vote total for Hawk didn't change so I'll try again tomorrow and see what happens.

We got off to a poor start at USF last year. They shot very well (54%) in the first half and we shot poorly (36%). As you said, SF set the tone of the game and controlled it until we made a run in the second half. The game was a ragged, foul laden affair with 43 fouls whistled and 15 TO's for each team.

I hope we are healthy tonight. USF is a veteran team with a lot of size and rebounding has consistently been a problem for us generally. I think our deep bench will be a benefit for us this year and we may see a lot of new players tonight especially if we have starters ailing.

It seems like just about every time we turn around we have another biggest game of the D1 era: ISU, Montana and now EWU for what could be all the marbles. I think this is the most significant game we have had since we went D1 and certainly our most challenging FCS game of the year.

I think we will go into Cheney as a slight underdog and, like Hawk always says, we need to focus on just getting a little better each time out. We'll need to play our best game yet and, if we do, we can come home with a W which means we need to stiffen up defensively, clean up the numerous penalties of late, take care of the ball and play smart Aggie football. If we don't we could lose by more than we'd like to imagine. I think EWU is that good.

The site is messed up right now which is not uncommon, unfortunately. I have season tickets but just tried to look into a single ticket for a friend and the page won't load. I doubt that the glitch will get fixed very soon. I've had to call them before and let them know that the site is not working.

Try again in the morning and, if it is still not working, give them a call and let them know about it and purchase your tickets at the same time.
