Em. Prof Groth has a very interesting story to tell. My favorite line “luck has a lot to do with success - you can be very smart and without some luck fail, or be very vacuous and succeed with a lot of luck.” Have watched several episodes of greatest events of WW2 in color (Netflix). Some excellent footage.
good point. Different states have different situations. California likely to slowly put foot back on the pedal, but states like South Dakota with low population density would be ready to tee it up earlier.
Well, the report was issued by their faculty senate. My impressions of faculty Senates are socialist-type academics isolated from the real world. I never attended any at NC State. Now I am not a fan of Best and I do t think academics is stressed nearly as much as at UCD. So, I would say they are just going to have to figure out their priorities and balance on their own.
NDSU looks like way to much for Montana State. i think Choate was really confident going in, but speed and interior line killing MSU. 22-7 early 2nd quarter. Looking like last years wipe out.
they have always had at least 1 Friday night game over the years. Still not a lot of respect for FCS level. I think they want everyone watching army-navy tomorrow and endless idle chatter about who is going to win Heisman. Also college basketball.
As the playoffs distill down it is apparent to me that the teams with good defenses are left. Both UNI and JMU with excellent defenses and MSU and Peay showing likewise.
did you try the espn app? Am watching that on big screen (youtube tv access but on espn app). ESPN app on big screen allows multi screen. Sort of like at home sports bar.
