Of the great games listed, I was there for the 1982 playoff game, and it was a huge game. But not the biggest. From everything I've read the Biggs-Belotti Miracle Game was a culture-changing game and the teams that followed have stood on their shoulders. Please someone pass me another cliche.

When we checked into our hotel we realized the Aggies were staying there too, along with lots of family members. Said hello to some of the Larison clan, who I met the last time the Ags played at Idaho. Quite a few Montana fans were there too.

My plan when we found our seats was to stash my stuff and go find @NCagalum. Then when my buddy told me our seat numbers I realized we were sitting right next to him and his wife! Great to meet another person from the board at an Aggie away game (met @BaseballatDobbins a couple of years ago in the Kibbie Dome). It was great to watch the Ags win with an old friend and new ones. The atmosphere was incredible. It's a cauldron in there and the fans are absolutely part of the game. After a dumb penalty against us I said to NC that you have to keep your head when you're playing in a hostile environment (a word many of you used here as well) and one of the women in front of us seemed offended by the word. I explained I meant it as a compliment. Crowds should absolutely try to affect games this way.

Didn't meet a single jerk Montana fan. From Friday evening through this morning at the Missoula Costco they were all friendly and classy. Last night and this morning people at the hotel said "You guys played great." Met a guy from Montana State this morning who told me he really wanted to see us this season.

This is a great place to see a game. I'm going to try to come back when Idaho plays here. Missoula is a cool town and the stadium...well, I wish we could make noise like this at our place. I'm coming back to see my mom first weekend of December, and have warned my family that if we have a home playoff game, I'm going to be there.

Will try to find you. My buddy bought the tickets, and I don't yet know where we will be.

Yes we will! I enjoyed watching Eastern lose its second game in a row last night in the Kibbie Dome.

Oh man I wish I'd gone to the game. I have Vandal season tickets, and that game was at 1 pm. I almost always go to Cheney when the Ags visit, but several friends had events that evening, so I decided to skip this game. Besides, we always lose...I didn't finish the replay until earlier today. It would have been so much fun to be there.

On the plus side, we are meeting an old Aggie Rugby teammate and his wife in Missoula next month for the game. Never gone to a game there, so I'm looking forward to it even if it's going to be cold. Need to get my snow tires on, and the winter gear in the car.

I was sorry not to make it back for this game, would have been fun to be there. One of my Aggie rugby buddies and his wife are flying out to Missoula for the Grizzlie game. My wife and I will drive over, though she is skipping the game. Should be fun.

Is this Hasting's best game? He's been great today.

I was at both Idaho playoff games. Albany has a great defense, but the game was there for Idaho. They had a chance to win and let it slip out of their hands. Still a great season, and Coach Eck has been a breath of fresh air after Patrino.

What a great play that was, and he stays in to keep the clock going. Go Ags!

I was watching that game and remember the play. He and another DB hit the receiver, one from the front and one from behind. I thought the receiver would be the one who didn't get up, but instead it was our guy. I met him once at a party in 1983, I think. He was in a wheelchair. He had his service dog with him, and I remember he showed me how when he entered a room, the dog would turn on the lights with its nose. He was still a student then. I don't remember the last name, but 'Brent' sounds right to me. My wife might know, as she worked as an aide for several disabled folks while she was at Davis.
