I have to respectfully disagree. I’m a native to Los Angeles and have done direct work with both USC, UCLA, Occidental College, CalTech, and to an extent the “Pomona” schools. While both USC and UCLA are top tier schools…they are not better than Berkeley. Westwood is beautiful, but not Bay Area beautiful. Berkeley has so much charm and it’s not “plastic” looking. But yes, I also don’t want to get mugged in Berkeley.

I have to say that our stores/marketing team do a horrific job of coming up with designs. I may be in the minority here but I absolutely hate the double font logo.

The only saving grace for me is the CA fishtail logo which I love. I’m not sure if Hawkins brought that back, but whoever did deserves a big thank you.

Crazy how that is chump change for USC. They have some super wealthy donors that give. They recognize that giving back will help their image in the long run.
