I Agree about Noudjihid. The few times I've seen him on the court you can certainly see why he is a "project". But a few minutes here and there during the OOC portion of the schedule would seem to make sense for his development. And I guess whatever is keeping Ylan Essis on the shelf is probably season ending? Having another 6'8" 220 lb interior player would have been nice.

On the plus side, having both Daughtery and now CJ coming off the bench certainly adds to our wing depth. I liked what I say from CJ and Daughtery adds another bench scorer.

Pretty much the first thing I do when I get to a game, or turn on an away game, is see if Daughtery is dressed. Having additional experience off the bench would be valuable as we head into conference play.

absolutely one of the biggest takes from last nights game was the new Aggie pack announcer. That man is going to make a big time living on his voice alone!

the encouraging sign for me on this game is just how young our team is. Last year (was it just last year!) we beat GC at their place, but we had a veteran lineup of TY, DeBruhl, Tomba(who is at LSU now), Nico and Lose. This year we start, alongside Nico, two Juniors who are just stepping into a leadership roles, and two freshman. Not to mention the sophomores and freshman who are getting significant playing time off the bench. That win last year felt like that was the best we could play...last night's win feels more like a stepping stone.

What a great win! Kind of an ugly game, but the boys played very nice defense down the stretch. And it sure is nice having a 90% free throw shooters to get the ball to. Go Ags!
