I think Southern Utah definitely belongs in the Top 25 after watching them take Montana down to the wire in Missoula. That game was there for the taking but SU shot themselves in the foot just too many times.

I think SU would have beaten them if the game had been played in Cedar City. WAGriz Stadium is the most difficult place to play in the FCS. The crowd noise bothered SU on several occasions and, of course, there's always "the breaks" that Montana gets from the officials there.

Weird to drop a team for having a bad 1st half in the first game of the year. Winning the 2nd half 31-3 went ignored. Interesting that the Coaches seem to be the only ones to understand this.

Also, polls schmolls......

Polls mean NOTHING until the NCAA starts dropping Regional Rankings. Still a bit of a slap, but nothing to sweat.
