snake oil salesman always seem likeable too. Look at his resume, it’s full of nothing. Fake accomplishments and fake organizations he started. He seems to just leech onto projects and siphons off money. I wouldnt be surprised that he (his sports company) would profit from the sac state cal expo project somehow. There is even a video about how shady he is on YouTube. But again who knows. Maybe he will finally do something productive.
He does seem to follow his brother (dr wood) timeline on things like building a stadium or arena in less than a year. lol. And use the same stadium/arena rendering company for their projects.

I knew that lady didn’t know crap about building when she started talking about disking… that is what farmers do to spent tomato fields. A developer would have probably said “site work”.
