30 donors to my program for a reception and they (campus) allocated 3 bottles of wine. I told my group only have 3 bottles of wine in view at any time. I don’t remember where all the empties went, lol.
How luxurious will these suites be? The suite I was in the AT&T park in SF was nice, but not luxurious. It had a living room decor, a refrigerator, a counter, but the coolest feature was that the front of the suite had a box of stadium seating, so you could watch the game from there and feel the atmosphere. But it wouldn’t be that attractive without the event. I imagine the truly luxurious suites are mostly customized by lease owners.
I was in one of the suites at Montana last year and it was nothing special. Nice seats, fridge and bar counter. It was a bit small - very like the 6 or 8 of us standing in their pregame were a bit on top of each other. But. It was 30 degrees warmer in their compared to outside!
I was invited to my company suite at an NBA game a few years ago. It was a bigger suite, probably held 15. It had big comfy box seats in front and behind the glass door had a couch area and then a couple high tops in the back and a serving counter. For my event, the company had a taco bar and beer buckets but I think they had catering options. The furniture and decor was standard hotel lobby fare. It was nice having private restrooms and an express entrance. I think only 2 of us watched the game. The rest had no interest in the game and were just there to be seen and schmooze the vice president. So motives can vary.
