I don't really have any questions but I would just like to let him know how proud of his rebound I am (as one of his critics from last season). He's been truly impressive and his resilience is the definition of being a UC Davis Aggie.
Maybe ask him how he would do audibles in WA-Griz given the crowd noise. (Although we don’t expect or want him to give away anything that might give the opponent insight). So he certainly can decline to give details.
Like @CA Forever I would second how he has stuck with the inevitable ups and downs of any competitive sport and developed into a real mature veteran who makes very good decisions as evidenced by his play and team success.
How was the playoff atmosphere/mindset different than the regular season? What would be his advice to Hastings and the rest of the Aggies to prepare themselves for a likely first game at home and difficult road game(s) if they advance?
Guys, just real quick--once again, great podcast. You sound prepared, speak clearly, ask good questions, get good guests. Let me/us know of any Patreon or tip jar to help keep this thing going. It's amazing to get to listen to this content when I would only ever get to read it on this forum (and this forum is so valuable too).
I'm anxious to hear what there is to talk about / what the tone will be like in a rebuilding year :-).
Guys - guest list has been outstanding, and relevant, curious if anybody has reached out to Dan Hawkins, or even Kevin Blue to talk about the time they've put in and what they think of the administration/program?
I want to hear details about the fbs offers and why he stayed. I also want to hear about the nfl scouts and what he’s hearing about the opportunity at the next level.
I heard somewhere (maybe your podcast???) that Jeremy Newberry is his agent. Newberry is a Bay Area kid (growing up in Antioch and playing at Cal) and moved to Idaho a few years ago. How did they get connected, and how is that relationship?
