The Aggies have a chance to get back on track tonight in the annual Causeway battle vs Sac State. The Ags are coming off a lackluster performance at Montana State in a game in which they looked tired and uninspired. Sac is off to a fast start this year after a 6-23 season last year.

Sac has built a competitive team this year with international players and transfers. Their roster includes players from Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Spain and Hungary plus 4 transfers from other schools. They average 74 ppg to their opponents' 55 and have a balanced scoring attack with 5 players averaging from 8-15 ppg. They are also averaging an impressive 17 assists per game.

The Aggies were competitive in their loses against SDSU and Stanford before losing handily at MSU. A rivalry game against Sac is a great opportunity for them to right the ship and break their 3 game losing streak

Live TV tonight at 6 pm on ESPN+. Go Ags!

Hoping for a good start for the Aggie women in this game with lots of team play.

I've seen some positive minutes from Fitzgerald in the middle. And she's looking better with each game. And maybe see some reasonable outside shooting which just hasn't been there so far.

9-21 from deep  and, importantly IMO, 23-26 from the free throw line.

It's always good to beat Sac soundly. We did have 25 TO's which really needs to get cleaned up though.
