Maybe he has a V8? Good time to find his mojo.

Punting game is not good. Seems like most yards are gained by the roll after a short kick.

It's odd that Chukwudobe would still not be getting any touches.

Yes, unless he is hurt? And no Lance Babbs... did he not make the trip?

Babbs has been in the game.

Now would be a great time to see Harper get some snaps.

Conceding that last touchdown makes it closer, no way are we going to lose. I'm signing off to get some outside exercise while I still have some daylight (in Hawai`i).

Maybe they are not putting Harper in because it’s going to be only run plays.

I think they may need Fisher for Montana.

I see Tompkins on the sideline in his undershirt.

I saw Larison on the field at the end of the game. He had a brace on but seemed to be walking “fairly ok”. I think he must have strained something pretty good, but likely no tear?

    Final UCD - 31 CP - 13

I'm not gonna complain too much about bringing the Golden Horseshoe back to Davis. Aggies put up over 400 yards with a hamstringed offense against a team that may not win another game this season. Hastings looked at the very least more comfortable in the 2nd half and was able to connect on a couple of nice passes, but the difficulty only ramps up from here.

    GO AGS!

I wonder how my old grad student roommate is taking this game. He did CP for undergrad and often wore his Beat Davis shirt around Davis.

    Great conference road win.

Jordan Fisher might be a good one at RB. He looks legit. Maybe they were going to redshirt him until nearly every RB went down.

Getting the ball downfield is still an issue. Still a tough road to the playoffs with some tougher competition coming up.

Maybe he’ll play four games and then they can still redshirt him.
Anyone have an idea of the nature of Mateo Perez’s injury?

Why don't Cal Poly and Sac State have more of a rivalry? You'd think it would be pretty big considering the Ags with both.

Cal Poly was terrible. We should have scored 60 points. Makes no sense that more of our second stringers did not get into the game. At a minimum why not have another QB in for the last 5 minutes. A lot of dropped passes today makes me nervous for the rest of the season. Maybe that is why they only pass to Tomkins, CJ Hutton & Gale. Maybe they are the only ones that are very reliable.

My exact thoughts as well. I will just add that our D went into the same scheme in the second half that they did against EWU. I think SLO was moving the ball better in the 4th bc of our defensive changes.

Congrats on the win. To be honest after watching Cal Poly give up 52 points in the first half to PSU, I was expecting a much bigger beat down by the Aggies. I think we were fortunate that Larison did not play. He would have had a huge night against our D. I also think we would have been a little more efficient on offense had Huard played, but not near enough to keep it close. Good luck the rest of the season.

They are stil listing the wrong player as starting the game wearing #70’ Five games in a row.. I don’t know how they do this once, there is only one player who wears 70 Eli Simonson.
He has now started the first 5 games he has been an Aggie and probably the only college games he has appeared in and they don’t list him as having participated.

The good thing is you're certainly on the upswing. It's good for FCS and football in CA when the FCS trifecta are doing well. I have so much respect for Cal Poly The Aggie radio crew kept mentioning how the team looks forward to this rivalry as a peer institution. Not quite the hate we have for Sac, but this game is something I enjoy. I have cousins and friends who attended Cal Poly and loved it.

Well we certainly can’t go anywhere but up because we are in the basement right now. I also respect the Aggies and enjoy the rivalry. True student athletes.
