I think the Sagarain algorithm just doesn't "know" how to handle only half the teams playing. It also seems to favor the Big Sky (and particularly UCD and Weber), which may be something to do with factoring in preseason variables and the BSC having fewer games than some other conferences' schools

Top 6 FCS teams are all from the Big Sky. Definitely has to be some sort of glitch.
