    From the article:

“Doss' HERO Sports First Team All-American season was a big part of UC Davis' historic year. And now he's putting the program on the national map even more. Doss drew great reviews during Senior Bowl week and caught four passes for 55 yards in the Jan. 26 game. He stood out to many scouts in attendance among Power 5 players.

“I remember at practice a couple times people would come up to me and be like ‘hey what’s that school on your helmet again?’" Doss said. "People just don’t know and I’d say ‘UC Davis.’ So it was cool exposing the school to some national media and get our school out there and get people knowing what we’re about. It was cool to be a part of that and represent the University.””

Nice article about Doss. He's so typical of being an Aggie...intelligent, humble and mature. He's got his values right and he's mature enough to know to simply focus on being genuine, working hard to improve and let the chips fall where they may instead of stressing out with what you can't control. He's a great ambassador for the Aggies and the university. All the best to him.

I'm glad he's responding with UC Davis, not Cal Aggies. Haha...

He's really the perfect representative of Aggie athletes. Really looking forward to the draft now

The Draft is officially kicking off in Nashville 25 days from now. Plenty of Giants, A's and Dodgers games to keep everybody occupied until then. Private Workouts are big for prospects like Keelan, he'll have a few in the coming weeks.

The Detroit Lions were the only team to formally interview Doss at the Combine in Indianapolis.

Pro Football Network did a huge Draft write up on Doss:

Keelan Doss ran hand timed today at his Pro Day...times reported were 4.38 to 4.50. Very fast for Doss, checks a box a lot of receivers his size don't always get checked.

That's what they're saying. It's all hand times so there is gonna be some differences. Regardless, this is a huge win for Keelan.

There are also reports that he looked like he put on 5 or 10 pounds of mass since the Combine he's obviously been working very hard.

Any chance that any other Aggie players who got looks from scouts make it to the league?

Undrafted Free Agents always get their shot. Scouts and GMs love to showcase their UDFAs and get them signed to practice squads, OR, watch them earn a spot through pre-season. Happens all the time.

Line on Doss is anywhere from 3rd to 7th round, have not talked online to any draft experts who think he won't be drafted by the close of draft days on Saturday, April 27th, 2019.

Detroit, New England, Oakland/Las Vegas, San Francisco, Arizona and Atlanta have all been linked to his name.

From NFL.com --- compares to Green Bay Packers WR Geronimo Allison

    Overview
Wins with a high football IQ and above average skill level, but has to prove he can transfer those elements into catches against NFL coverage. He is not a burner and can be a little delayed in defeating press, but he just has a feel for finding catches using above-average route savvy and ball skills. His lack of top-end speed and suddenness could push him towards a role as a big slot and WR3/WR4.

    Strengths
    NFL-ready frame and smart footballer
Runs routes with advanced attention to detail
Separates with crisp breaks and effective rocker step stems
Widens zones with route acumen to create more throwing space
Quarterback-friendly working back to the ball and scrambling with quarterback
Top-notch ball skills across the board
    Fluid with mid-throw body adjustments
Drops and digs low throws and elongates for perfect high-point attempts
Soft hands to pluck it and tuck it in traffic
Dots feet in bounds on sideline catches

    Weaknesses
    Feet lack suddenness
Excessive stutter-step release to free himself vs. press
Press corners can attach to hip on outside release
Inflated catch production with screens and rub routes
Rare to see him race past a cornerback on a go
Vertical routes are usually crowded and contested
Inconsistent hauling in throws behind him
Nothing special with run after catch

    Sources Tell Us
"He's got size and understands how to play the position. I don't know how he runs, but I like receivers who are at their best when the ball is in the air anyway." - AFC Receivers coach
