Interesting in this mornings bee that Mackenzie Forbes (g) was the bees MVP and that the Aggies recruit Makaila Sanders (5’ 9” g) was on the 2nd team although her stats were significantly better that Forbes. Maybe that Forbes is 6’ sealed the deal as maxiepreps loves the tall ones.
Also, Aggie recruit Cierra Jo McKeown (5’9” g) out of Walla Walla CC led her team to the state championships in Washington state. She was instrumental in defeating Umpqua CC the number 1 seed scoring 32 points- 9 of 12 from the 3. As noted above she also scored 42 pts in the semi. She is obviously an outstanding 3 point shooter. Too bad she couldn’t have had one year watching Rachel drill her threes. These gals are the real deal and Aggie WBB will continue to rise with them.
