Random comment: why do they list height and weight on an awards list? How about listing major (these are college kids, right?), or hometown, or something that makes the players more like people and less like pieces of meat?
The NFL is a physical, skill based business...how these guys perform physically, and match up physically is a big deal for NFL scouts. I agree though, hometown, stats...the Gods forbid their MAJOR, I'd love to see a more broad biography that encompasses the whole individual.
 I think the height and weight listing is ok since size is often important factor in athletics. It tells you something about the athlete like a 6'5 WR vs a 5'11 WR or a 6'7 320 pound OL etc. I agree 100% about listing their majors too and, if they have excelled academically, list that as well.
