Gives me chills every time I watch this clip. Biggs was as good as Sochor IMO...all class...great pre-game speech without a bunch of rah-rah, jumping up and down crap...just gave his team a message about Aggie Pride and they went out an made us all proud...should be shown as part of Freshman Orientation...
Delayed response on this one. Very cool to see a kid from my Alma Mater with high accolades coming to UCD!
Blake Thorpe 6'3" TE/WR- Las Lomas HS in Walnut Creek. Go Knights!
Anyone know if he was recruited as a TE, or WR?
Looks like we landed another commitment last night. From other tweets it sounds like it's a defensive player from OC. Haven't found who the commit is yet though.
Looks like it's between:
DE Cade Albright *** 6'5 215 San Juan Hills High School (San Juan Hills, CA)
DE Mike Callahan *** 6'4 250 Yorba Linda High School (Yorba Linda, CA)
LB Jackson Cloyd *** 6'3 220 Orange Lutheran High School (Newport Beach, CA)
or an unknown
Ben Seymour, a linebacker, scored 2 TDs in 1 game.

"We lost a special Viking last week, former captain Jake Solley. To pay tribute to Jake, we dialed up the same “tackle eligible” play that we ran vs Hart 6 seasons ago in our game last night. Ben Seymour caught the lateral & took it to the house for Jake. #RIPJake#VikingForever" "
Calvin M, no expert here (but I did push for Parenteau when his suitors soured his HS senior year), but I recall he seemed to explode to the ball several times. Sweet.
Mouisset's highlight video is very impressive. He's everything you'd like to see in a young LB. He's got a nose for the ball and he's a sure tackler with good technique. He is agile and athletic in pass defense, is quick to react and hits with authority. He's got a lot of potential to be very good.
My twin brother coached Blake in little league. Said he either struck out or hit it 400 ft. Sort of reminds me of myself although my stikeout ratio was likely higher.
Didn’t watch any of the NCLS. Really haven’t followed baseball since high school. Now if the brewers had the guy sliding into the beer stein I might have watched. From what you’re implying he might have had contact inebriation.
Was saddened to hear of Willie McCoveys death. He was one of my sports heroes.
I had a drinking game going during the NLCS. Everything a guy shortened up to put the ball in play with runners on with less than two outs, I would take a shot.
Was sober for two weeks!! 2 on, no outs, 2 strikes? Swing from the heels at anything close!!
