We usually do a summer series of interviews on my ESPN MT radio show featuring head football coaches from around the Big Sky Conference. I'll repurpose many of those into videos touching on the off-season, recruiting in the modern era and more.
Colter, the video is truncated and ends with you asking a question and we don’t see the answer.
PS. I found the audio on your podcast. Small correction, the Mercer game is a “home game” for Davis at a neutral site, Montgomery Alabama.
Plough clearly explained the Davis approach of recruiting primarily outstanding high school players and keeping them in the program until they graduate versus going after big numbers of transfers each year. Sac State's approach is the exact opposite currently and they have brought in what must be one of the largest numbers of transfers ever seen by an FCS school. This would be a perfect time for you to interview their new head coach, Brennan Marion, where you could compare the pros and cons of these two entirely different approaches to recruiting.
