Seattle and Santa Clara were on the schedule last year, just with the venues reversed. UCD hosted Cal Baptist in 2021 and have yet to record a victory. Two trips to Riverside is rough. Might as well attend a couple of storage auctions while they're out there.
To the best of my knowledge the last time the Aggies played Abilene Christian was at the 2003 Division II CWS held at Kennesaw State. Per usual the Texas team gets the home series. I guess if someone's going to cut the grass in Texas, 5,000 Texans will show up to watch that too.
The UCSD series is Sat thru Mon. That must be finals week. Otherwise it makes no sense.
Starting next year that last weekend series will be replaced by the Big West Tournament so the conference portion will end a week earlier. Since the Aggies are unlikely to finish in the top 5 anytime soon they will start ending their season a week early.
