26-21 Aggies at the half. Man, even if we win this game we are going to have to play a whole hell of a lot better going forward. This level of play won't win you the tournament.

needs to figure out how to keep Zach Gordon off the post as he is destroying us in both offense and defense (Like Corey Maggette said, Poly will be back if Gordon continues to dominate in the paint)
Henn and Goode need to be more active in offense to create openings for Graham and Lemar

Actually folks, you're seeing some outstanding defense by both teams and, when you have two teams who are not led by offense, this is the kind of game you get. I think playing a 12 noon game in a huge, empty arena is affecting the offense also. It is often tough for shooters to get dialed in when a place as big as the Honda Center is empty. Got to keep up the good D because I doubt that either team is going to explode on offense.

Goode has never been an offensive threat and Henn has struggled on offense lately so I don't think we'll get much O from either of them in the 2nd half.

Aggies as of this moment shooting 12.5% in the 2nd half and CP just tied the game.

Moneke needs to work on his footwork and jumpshot
every team keeps him off the rim and he hasn't been effective on the offense end

Something happened with double fouls, JT missing the 1 and 1 (essentially leaving 2 points on the table), then Poly makes 2 FTs

one down, two to go....no matter how ugly. we have to get Chima to relax on the offensive end -> he's really struggled on the road as of late.

Aggies manage to hang on and win 66-55. Schneider had a truly atrocious game finishing with 2 points 1/11 FG. Moneke at least put up 18 rebounds, but did not have a great outing in the offensive zone. Lemar and White were able to pick up the slack. Gonna have to be better than this in round 2, but for the time being I'm happy with a W.

Great to see an 11-point victory even with Schneider and Chima struggling offensively. Live to fight another day.

Great win, lets see who we play tomorrow. I hope it is after work so I can open a nice bottle of wine to enjoy during the game :).

Any win now is a great win. The Ags played very well defensively and just well enough offensely. Bring on the semi's!

BTW, I enjoyed Blue's interview on 105.5 at half time. I think we have a real winner for an AD.

Ok..I've edited this post a couple of times and I finally think I understand how this crazy BW bracket works. Essentially, we won't know what time we play tomorrow until all of today's games are over.
