All solid or great football players. But ...

We picked 2 sophomores (Gilliam and Parks). Is Parks that good? Has Gilliam really superseded a RB who kept us out of last place, Gabe Manzanares?

I believe Manzanares had more yards (over 1300 as a junior), far more yards per game, and helped us win 2 Causeway Classics.

I loved Turay, but don't recall him being critical. Wasn't there a stud DB / LB ... Zach Jones. And how about Nick King.

Movie, Turay is just there as a fullback. Not every year used a fullback, but he’s the beat fullback we had as far as impact.
I’m with you as far as Manzanares is concerned. Pretty close call but Manzanares was always the guy other teams focused on and he still got the yardage.

Do we also put Parks and Gilliam on the next decade team?

Manzanares, a walk on ... and he missed a number of games w / injury.

I wouldn't put a player just to fill a position ... Maier, Doss, Moe are locks.
