The announcer “Filly” is quite the dresser.

78-73 Ags. It got tight but the Ags pull off a sloppy one.

Davis is famous for providing all of the theoretical scientific background to solve problems or accomplish tasks, but historically lacks in the area of practical job ready ability. This is true at least in my area. But what I’ve seen, is that once those practical skills are learned, Davis graduates accel with all that knowledge and are able to solve complex problems as compared to graduates from schools that focus on the job skill end. Maybe other disciplines are different than mine.

Yep, poor clock management and those blocking fouls that should have been charging on fullerton. But, Les needs to take credit for that one. When we were passing and shooting we had fulluston on their heals. Slow it down without effective shots and we put fullerton in the drivers seat. I didn’t catch Les’s post game interview. I’d like to hear his perspective.

Mental let down. It started with 5 to go when they were working the clock then not scoring. We really gave that one away.

Ags trying to milk the clock then not scoring. They need the points!

Somebody's mike is on and they don’t know it. Funny comments.

Fullerton getting away with offensive fouls, like 3 of them.

Hopefully we can repeat our hot shooting in the second. Go Aggie Tahoe Blue!

“ I don’t understand why they don’t have a page for direct donations for the stadium.”
Maybe they’re lining up bigger deals before they go for crowd funding. Cache Creek has always been hands off for development for the various schools except the chancellors office. I’ve always thought they would be a natural to support athletics, especially since campus has supported their needs on an advisory level.

Aggie Ascent has a website, https://aggieascent.ucdavis.edu/vision, but i personally have not seen any solicitations for donations. Maybe they’re still in the bid mode with contractors.

If you want to watch a heartfelt podcast, watch the “fatherhood and football” podcast with Todd Shaner. He’s a remarkable person and great Aggie!
  • The Rivalry with Sac State needs to End
Reno - Davis will be a natural. We already have a history with them. The game in the Toomb was one of the most exciting games I’ve ever attended.

Well they’re getting a lot of local TV news coverage on this move. KCRA actually showed a map where the other MAC schools are located. I still think Wood walks leaving Orr or someone else to pick up the pieces. Orr seems like a good guy. My guess is he’s looking for a new zip code.
  • Sac State's bid for the Pac 12 Thread
Paying for MAC teams to travel across the country? Ouch. Charter a 737-800 is going to cost somewhere around 150-200 K one way. Add hotel costs and other expenses and Sac will be dishing out 500K per game to the visitors.

Their president will hang them with this liability then depart for greener pastures.

Concessions have been better. They have 2 lines now and both seem to move along at a reasonable pace.
