• Week 4: Weber State @ UC Davis
In the sdsu game, Hastings was throwing some balls that were just behind the receiver making them uncatchable. That could have been a game changer. Castles had at least two drops from passes tossed behind him. He might be the closest we have to a deep threat. He has the size and physical presence to be a game maker. But the deep ball has been missing for a while (years).
  • Week 4: Weber State @ UC Davis
Hasting doesn’t mind throwing into coverage. He didn’t get away with it with the jacks. He did with the Toreros. With Weber he’s going to get picked if he does. As movie said above, need to take care of the ball. Turnovers will put this game out of reach real fast.
  • Week 4: Big Sky Schedule and Scores

Finn, will you and your dad be at the Weber game? Looking forward to seeing both of you.

Wow, i gladly missed that. We’re on the 40 yard line so we must have been far enough away to miss it. How do visitors get tickets in the team aggie section? Maybe she didn’t have a ticket to that area. They used to check our tickets but this year they haven't as you enter your section.
  • Best & Notable West & Midwest FCS Stadiums
Notable, EWU, as the worse visitor game experience during cold weather. The only place to seek warm air is the men’s room. No lie. It was packed with people standing around at half time. They had a warming area on the visitor side but you needed credentials to get in. It was empty, yet they wouldn’t allow entry.
    Fans not very welcoming.
  • Record attendance tonight (students and total)

Thats darn good. Were students off during the ewu game?
  • Week 4: Weber State @ UC Davis

Agreed. I didn’t mean to imply otherwise.
  • Week 4: Weber State @ UC Davis

I wonder how many BYU players are actually Mormon?

Remember the slac students who had “F Davis” written on their backs? How about the T shirt that said, “my cleaning lady went to sac state?”
  • Record attendance tonight (students and total)
I would just add that a packed stadium and a full student section supports the team. Remember not long ago the stadium was empty? Compare that from a players perspective to a full house. It must put a smile on their faces.
  • Week 3: San Diego (1-1) @ UC Davis (0-2)
Concession lines on the home side were long, as was the line in the mens room. They had a taco truck that was very popular. The food looked really good.

I saw two groups sitting below us. There were a few younger ones, appeared very respectful, and a few older looking fellas closer to the bottom. I saw the latter group leave, before the half, and did not see them return. But i never saw any confrontation, but we are in the higher rows.
  • Record attendance tonight (students and total)
Once they are in class things might change. For me, a science major, i attended all of the football games but studied friday night and sunday to keep my head above water so i could take Saturday night off.
  • Week 3: San Diego (1-1) @ UC Davis (0-2)
I left before Dixon was put in. How did he look?
  • Week 3: San Diego (1-1) @ UC Davis (0-2)
Game time weather, 69’ F, cloudy, 9 mph wind, wsw.
  • Week 3: San Diego (1-1) @ UC Davis (0-2)

I was told that while they are non-scholarship, there are other ways they support athletes, such as tuition credit. I don’t remember the rest of the details but the athletes get some sort of support.
  • Week 3: San Diego (1-1) @ UC Davis (0-2)
The toreros are no joke. Remember that fumble on the one as the game clock counted down? They had us beat and probably were the better team that day. They will come out swinging.

Us old timers love the steam engine. Sochor used to say it was good for 7 points. Totally awesome that we’re getting it back.
    Aggie Football!
  • Week 3: San Diego (1-1) @ UC Davis (0-2)

Zander, my season ticket package and parking pass was mailed 8/24. I assume it was in our mailbox the next day. It’s a laynard pass with a bar code. If yours didn’t arrive you should call athletics today. It came in a big envelope.
  • Week 2: UC Davis (0-1) @ South Dakota State (0-1)

Absolutely. There were some big time holding plays that resulted in big gains by the jacks, that were completely ignored by the refs. I just can’t believe they didn’t see them.
  • Week 2: UC Davis (0-1) @ South Dakota State (0-1)

“ Still not stretching the field and very inconsistent long ball accuracy”
Amen. We’ve missed a good long ball for a long time. That really handicaps us.
