Regarding Buchanan, i was surprised to see in his bio that he played QB, and was very accomplished at it.

ST. IGNATIUS HS ’20: Competed for coaches John Regalia (football) and Mike Kennedy (track & field)... Selected as Player of the Year for both the Central Coast Section and West Catholic Athletic League Player as a senior... Two-time All-WCAL first-team selection... Helped team to share of 2019 conference title after handing Serra HS its first loss... Starred at both quarterback and linebacker... As a senior, completed 71 percent of passes (205-for-249) en route to 1,785 yards and 18 TDs on offense, while recording 83 tackles, 6 sacks, 5 hurries, 3 forced fumbles and 2 recoveries on defense... Also a jumper (long, triple, high) for track & field team, placing 2nd in both horizontal jumps at the 2018 WCAL Finals.

I think Slac peaked early. Maybe its related to the quality of opponents. We seem to be peaking during the second half of the season. Its making the big sky exciting. If we win next week, i might burn some frequent flyer miles and go to the vandals game.

Looked ok. But he tossed 2 picks.

“ Scatebo is a problem. He runs like a lunatic.”
Watch him closely in between plays. He looks like he has tourettes syndrome. Lots of twitches.

And just like that, 28-24 vandals, 4th quarter.
  • Week 9: Cal Poly (1-6) @ UC Davis (3-4) Battle for the Golden Horseshoe
    24-21, vandals looking good.
  • Week 9: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
Now a big show down with Slac
  • Week 9: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
10-10 griz - weber at half. I’m not so sure Weber is going to have the fire power to take SLAC

Well, maybe i got my games mixed up. I remember seeing him in street clothes. Might have been the game before.

I follow the logic, but it would be sacrilegious for me to root for SLAC, wink.

Hoping O’keefe gets back at it soon. And TT wasn’t dressed at the last game, was in street clothes on the sideline.

The steam engine should be called the “steamless engine.” While i haven’t walked over and looked at it, i think it has some sort of digital created sound. Not easy to hear from the west bleachers.

We better not count our chickens before they hatch, lol.
  • Week 9: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
Replay of montana slac on espn, directv 208, on now
  • Week 8: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
    ↪BlueGoldAg

Even the announcers were saying that one was going back. That’s one of the plays i was referring to in which the refs kept slac in it.
  • Week 8: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
It would of been a different game with the grizs starting qb. Slac also got the benefit of a couple of bad calls by the refs.
  • Week 8: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
On the onside kick, i thought it had to travel 10 yards. Looked like 8 to me.
  • Week 8: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
    24-14
  • Week 8: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
    Go Griz!
  • Week 8: Big Sky Schedule and Scores
Yes, terrible hit. Must admit, not typical for SLAC since Taylor took over, but historically typical for SLAC.
