The record is held by Mike Ichiyama who had 309 yards on 42 rushing attempt vs Chico State in 1994.

LL had 255 yards on 22 attempts before he left in the 3rd quarter. With the game being as close as it was and him being our only notable offensive weapon he almost certainly would have broken the school record.

The one-dimensionality of this team has me... befuddled... considering it is such a far cry from what the team looked like when Hawk took over. Hawk's first couple seasons here, man, that offense was fun to watch.

I'm not entirely sure what's to blame though; several OC changes, Miles Hastings not having a full D1 skill set, WRs not talented enough (our top target is a converted QB), OL not pass protecting well enough, combination of all those things? Whatever the case, they have to figure something out otherwise this season will get ugly.

While it would have been nice to tie it up on the FG, the reality is that we shouldn't have been in that position in the first place. The defense and LL did everything that they could to keep us in that game with the rest of the offense acting as almost nothing but a detriment to our chances of winning. Even with a mediocre passing game we come out of that one winners. Something needs to change though. We can't keep giving the ball away at the rate that we are and you can't expect to win games in the Big Sky with 0 passing capabilities.

Compared to last season his completion percentage is down, yards per game are down, and turnovers are going waaaay up. When you don't have a huge arm and have limited mobility, you have to at least make the easy passes and protect the ball which he is objectively not doing as well as last season.
