I think your giving the committee too much credit for their homework. I think it will come down to ‘how many BSC teams do we take’, and they’ll look st the standings to decide (tiebreaker overall D1 record).

Montana’s loss opens up a lot BUT it’s up to us to win the games we need to. We should be favored the next two weeks but both are hardly gimme’s! Gimmee games ended yesterday.
  • Week 6: Big Sky
Not Big Sky but San Jose’s miseries continue losing 42-30 to Colorado State ( who had one win coming in). They were fien 28-0 at half, scored 30 in the third to go up 30-28, only to have the Rams score two 4q TD’s for the final score. After a five OT loss last week, that hurts even more
  • Week 6: Big Sky
My last thing about the 26 point deluge: if we would not have goofed up the kickoff return and got the quick safety, we’re not discussing this. Start that drive at the 25, get a first down or two (remember Johnson had. TD pass) and it’s likely that game ends with UNC at 18 points
  • Week 6: Big Sky
41-20 poly midway through fourth. The demise of poly may have been prematurely reported. Sac will be 2-3, 1-3 D1. That is a surprise
  • Week 6: Big Sky
34-17. Poly has a punt return for TD and just scored a TD after interception around Sac’s 20. Fourth quarter. The way they are running I think they win this one
  • Week 6: Big Sky
If poly doesn’t turn it over they can be tough. They racked up a lot of yards vs Montana but shot themselves In the foot enough times to dig themselves a big hole
  • Week 6: Big Sky
By the way, EWU had 55 points and 650 yards with their backup QB.
  • Week 6: Big Sky
Check out the Webwe-NAU stats. Weber has 175 yards and 5 turnovers. NAU a bit over 300 yards and, ........wait for it........, 6 turnovers! Yikes
  • Week 6: Big Sky
Idaho closing the gap with other QB in there, 41-28 midway through 3rd. Vandals have over 400 yards.
  • Week 6: Big Sky
Wow. Didn’t see a Viking victory coming!
  • Week 6: Big Sky
Idaho is not good. ISU is pretty darn good. Gonna be a tough matchup next Saturday
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
agree completely. Not sure how many snaps these guys get in practice as a unit, unless it’s scout team. Would have been nice to have it end as 56-17 or something BUT we’re 4-1 and those are the only numbers that matter. Had we recovered one of those onsides or if modese didn’t mess up the kickoff and we’re not having this discussion.
I’m a bit concerned about kicking game. Missed short FG. Directional kickoffs = kick out of bounds. First punt was short giving them good starting position ( Int stopped them). Little things like that can kill ya in a close game
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
I wonder how many yards they had in 4th? 250? 26 points is a bunch in 11 minutes!
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
I think we pissed them off going for it on Fourth down up 42-10!
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
Radio guys were talking about 2015 game at UNC where we lost 56-27. It was 42-3 at the half. Big change in 2018
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
Held them . Let’s get the backups in
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
I think we’ll see the jet sweep a bit in the second half. Just to open up the run up the middle. They run a fake jet, draw-like play that is often wide open
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
Looks like the offense isn’t too rusty after the bye. Feeling pretty good at the half 28-10. Don’t think their QB is the guy to bring them back
  • Week 6: UC Davis @ Northern Colorado
Close loses at home to 4-1 McNeese and 3-1 Sac. Other losses not so close. Funky road trip after a bye, and those two scores, are leaving me a little uneasy. Not a typical 0-5 team

that was converted to hold temporary lockers when they practice at the stadium. Another reason we need to upgrade our infrastructure, there’s not enough space for the basics ( like a room big enough for the entire team to meet pregame in the Foster center)
