they Arkansas trio was a disappointment. I thought it was a possible 3 win event, and we settled for an OT win. Got us started in a hole. Hope we get off and running out of the gate

I’ll have to dig through the cards in the garage that my kids left behind. I had a Ken O’Brien ‘GQ’ card (looked like a modeling head shot) that I tried to give him a few years back. He cringed when he saw it.

it doesn’t help that their big city franchises (Montreal,Toronto and Vancouver) don’t draw. We were in Montreal last summer when Khari Jones was named coach. Nobody seemed to notice, they draw ~15K in a 20K college stadium

I was reading Jon Wilner’s article on PAC 12 basketball in the Mercury this morning. In there, he makes an aside about ‘if the NCAA allows undergraduate transfers to be immediately eligible next season, as expected....’. Not sure if that would be a one time thing, or where he is getting that information. But, if so, we’d have two experienced guys from the get-go ( the Portland transfer would have been eligible in January 2021)
