Sorry to confuse everyone but I mean he is overrated in general. Back to your point, if he is a freshman QB, I agree he can’t change the game by himself. However, he is a senior QB and he just unable to audible/change the play calling even it is not working. He looked great in the past because we have outstanding wr like Keelan
